LARGE WHEEL SKELETON CLOCK

One of the clocks shown at the final Sandown Park show was this large wheel skeleton clock by Ron Adams. Among the many fine designs by John Wilding who has done so much to popularize clock making among model engineers his large wheel clock is one of the most attractive. It can be built on a Myford  ML7 lathe, including the large main wheel. A large wheel skeleton clock is also the subject of a brilliant how-to series on Youtube by one Clickspring. This outstanding series ran to 23 episodes, plus many others on making relevant tools and aids. His current project is making an antikythera mechanism.
