Drawings are now available for this historic Armstrong-Siddeley  Lynx IVc  7-cylinder engine in 1:3 scale. Comprising 57 detailed sheets and accompanied by extensive notes on the construction they are now available by email priced at £100.

There are very few survivors of this once highly successful engine, a forerunner of the better known Cheetah. Designed shortly after WW1 it was advanced for its day.

The model has a bore of 1.67” and is correct in nearly every detail. It started first time and runs well. It won a gold medal and the Bradbury –Winter Memorial Cup at the Model Engineer Exhibition in 2014.

Castings will be available.
