FABRICATED DIVIDING HEAD FOR A MYFORD
This dividing head for a Myford S7 was built to a design of Harold Hall by Don Ricardo. It has a Myford spindle thread so that standard Myford chucks and collets can be used. It is made entirely from barstock and plate.
It will do simple dividing using a Myford gear and a locking pin, or more advanced dividing using a dividing plate. The base will lock onto the Myford. With the base removed it can be bolted to the bed of a mill or pedestal drill.
