The unique design of the two piece head of this unit allows the die centre line to be set on that of the lathe spindle. This compensates for out of alignment caused by collapsing of the die to adjust the thread diameter and any other misalignment in the set up.

Holds 13/16”, 1”, 1 5/16” & 1 1/2” diameter dies.

The Tap Holder is included to allow tapping on the same principle as above. Also included are extra Tommy bars etc to use the tap holder as a conventional Hand Tap wrench as well as a machine one.
