All the early articles on MEWS have now been transferred to a DVD. We reached the point where there were just too many articles for practical management of our own files and the more than 900 files on the server. One option was simply to dump all the early articles. Rather than that we decided to put them all (apart from exhibition reports) onto a DVD in an omnibus edition. All you need to do is pop the disc into your computer (not a TV DVD player) and then open one of the three folders:
GREAT MODELS
MODELS TO BUILD
SPECIAL FEATURES
In these folders are listed all the articles on the disc. Just select the article you want to see and double click the html file of the article (only open files ending in html). That’s all there is to it.
The file will open automatically in your usual web browser and you can work with the pages much as you do with MEWS on the internet.
We hope that you enjoy the disc - there are some classic articles.
To order your disc simply click on the ‘BUY NOW’ logo below.
Its £9.60 delivered, anywhere.
Thanks for supporting MEWS.
