By Julius de Waal
Part two by Julius de Waal

Last week we published the drawings for a simple steam engine. While many will be content to see their engine run on compressed air others will prefer the real thing. So here are Julius’ suggestions for powering small engines, one vertical and one horizontal. Anyone that cannot find metric size copper tubing, try the nearest imperial size and adjust drawing dimensions accordingly.

Although drawings reproduce well on this website, they are even better as saved downloads.
